HRDF or MOF
HRDF is claimable for purchase of 3 tickets and above by same company. Once you have purchased the tickets separately or combined, email us for more details on the claim. Applicable to only HRDF registered private companies.
MOF is accepted for purchases of 5 tickets and above and includes 10% of gateway eP fees. Kindly email us for documentation. Applicable only to Government Agencies.
Important notes:
- Strictly no refund for tickets. However, tickets can be transferred to someone else free-of-charge, simply update the ticket Name/Email to the new holders’ details, that’s all!
- Upon successful of payment, you will receive an email indicating your registration details. If you have not received any email, please get in touch with the organizer to confirm on your ticket purchase. If you used the Malaysian Online Banking link to buy a ticket, you will receive your coupon code within 2 weeks. You need to register your ticket using the coupon code.
